In-Store Collections
We offer an instore collection service, meaning that you have the option to collect your purchase from one of the stores listed below within 3 – 5 days from placing your order.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, as well as a tracking number. Please click on the following link to track your order once it has been shipped:

Can I send my order to another address? When you place an order: There is a BILLING address & a separate DELIVERY address. You can add a further request (i.e. don’t send invoice with parcel) if it is a gift.
What payment options are there? PayGate, OZOW, SnapScan
Do you offer Lay-Buy option? Lay-Buy option is available In Store only.
Can I click & collect? Yes, when you check out: there is an option to confirm delivery address or CLICK Collect in store (choose one of our 3 stores with the drop-down). Please wait for confirmation and instructions that the item is ready for collection before going to the store.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do? When you sign in: click the “Forgot my Password” link: Metro Lifestyle will email you a reset password link.
What if I can’t find the item I am looking for Online? To find a particular product, you can use our search box or browse by category on the Shop page. You can contact us via Whatsapp (*put link to 5 whatsapp nrs here) or Call us on 08611-63876.
How long from when I order to when I receive the item? This depends on which item you are purchasing. This will be communicated to you after receiving your order. Any orders placed after 5pm Fridays will only be processed on the following Monday morning.
For Fabric & : Estimated time is 3 to 5 working days after order is placed it will be shipped or ready for collection’
For Appliances: Estimated 5-7 working days.
For Furniture: Specified on the item. If we have stock: 3-5 working days and if it needs to be custom made or ordered: the manufacturing time to delivery is stipulated on each product.
How do refunds work? Refunds will only be processed onto the payment method that was used when the order was created, and into the account it was paid from e.g. PayGate, Ozow, Credit Card or EFT. A refund can take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment method that was used, and EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details.
