The SINGER Confidence 7640 sewing machine is sleek and modern, with an LCD screen that easily shows your settings and 200 built-in stitches as well as all the other convenience features you would ever need such as automatic needle threader, speed control and start/stop button. This machine will never need an upgrade.
This sewing machine provides a variety of features to improve your stitching experience, featuring 200 built-in stitches with programmable memory to cater to versatile sewing needs. It incorporates eight fully-automatic one-step buttonholes and easy-touch stitch selection for user-friendly operation. The top drop-in bobbin system ensures seamless thread placement, accompanied by the sturdy metal frame for stability during usage. Additional functionalities encompass programmable needle up/down, speed control with a start/stop button, and a STAYBRIGHT LED light for enhanced visibility. The built-in needle threader simplifies threading tasks, while the drop feed feature contributes to the machine’s overall functionality.

We offer an instore collection service, meaning that you have the option to collect your purchase from one of the stores listed below within 3 – 5 days from placing your order.

Can I send my order to another address? When you place an order: There is a BILLING address & a separate DELIVERY address. You can add a further request (i.e. don’t send invoice with parcel) if it is a gift.
What payment options are there? PayGate, OZOW, SnapScan
Do you offer Lay-Buy option? Lay-Buy option is available In Store only.
Can I click & collect? Yes, when you check out: there is an option to confirm delivery address or CLICK Collect in store (choose one of our 3 stores with the drop-down). Please wait for confirmation and instructions that the item is ready for collection before going to the store.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do? When you sign in: click the “Forgot my Password” link: Metro Lifestyle will email you a reset password link.
What if I can’t find the item I am looking for Online? To find a particular product, you can use our search box or browse by category on the Shop page. You can contact us via Whatsapp (*put link to 5 whatsapp nrs here) or Call us on 08611-63876.
How long from when I order to when I receive the item? This depends on which item you are purchasing. This will be communicated to you after receiving your order. Any orders placed after 5pm Fridays will only be processed on the following Monday morning.
For Fabric & : Estimated time is 3 to 5 working days after order is placed it will be shipped or ready for collection’
For Appliances: Estimated 5-7 working days.
For Furniture: Specified on the item. If we have stock: 3-5 working days and if it needs to be custom made or ordered: the manufacturing time to delivery is stipulated on each product.
How do refunds work? Refunds will only be processed onto the payment method that was used when the order was created, and into the account it was paid from e.g. PayGate, Ozow, Credit Card or EFT. A refund can take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment method that was used, and EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details.
