To ensure warranty validity, it is necessary to have the installation of this product performed by either a Huawei (Starhub Energy) preferred installer or a qualified electrician possessing a Wire Man’s license. Following installation, the installer must provide a Certificate of Compliance along with the installation details. Failure to provide supporting documentation on a warranty claim may void the warranty.
Intelligent and User-Friendly Operation
The Huawei Power-M offers an intelligent and user-friendly operation through a mobile app and an integrated management system. It can be installed both indoors and outdoors, allowing for wall or ground mounting. The system features a modular design for energy storage and includes registered installation, along with the issuance of a COC (Certificate of Compliance) upon installation.
Versatile Installation Options and Modular Design
Scalability is a key feature of the Huawei Power-M, as the base package includes a 5KWh inverter and a 5KWh battery module, which can be upgraded to 10KWh or 15KWh. The system supports expansion of both power capacity and energy storage capacity, with the maximum inverter capacity requiring a 10KWh or 15KWh battery.
Intelligent Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Features
Intelligent operation and maintenance (O&M) functionalities are provided, including one-click start-up, manual start and stop options, and LED indicators that display system status. Local and remote operations can also be performed conveniently through the mobile app. Additionally, a cloud data management system enables system management from anywhere at any time.

The Huawei Power-M offers cost-saving advantages with its high efficiency and power density, requiring less installation space. It incorporates the latest Li-Ion Phosphate battery technology, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Can I send my order to another address? When you place an order: There is a BILLING address & a separate DELIVERY address. You can add a further request (i.e. don’t send invoice with parcel) if it is a gift.
What payment options are there? PayGate, OZOW, SnapScan
Do you offer Lay-Buy option? Lay-Buy option is available In Store only.
Can I click & collect? Yes, when you check out: there is an option to confirm delivery address or CLICK Collect in store (choose one of our 3 stores with the drop-down). Please wait for confirmation and instructions that the item is ready for collection before going to the store.

How long from when I order to when I receive the item? This depends on which item you are purchasing. This will be communicated to you after receiving your order. Any orders placed after 5pm Fridays will only be processed on the following Monday morning.
For Fabric & : Estimated time is 3 to 5 working days after order is placed it will be shipped or ready for collection’
For Appliances: Estimated 5-7 working days.
For Furniture: Specified on the item. If we have stock: 3-5 working days and if it needs to be custom made or ordered: the manufacturing time to delivery is stipulated on each product.
How do refunds work? Refunds will only be processed onto the payment method that was used when the order was created, and into the account it was paid from e.g. PayGate, Ozow, Credit Card or EFT. A refund can take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment method that was used, and EFT refunds are subject to verification of your banking details.
