I placed two orders for curtains and installation in my house.
1. When I placed the order for the first bedroom they came to measure and assured me the curtains would take a week, I made payment immediately however it took three weeks but quality was good. As I was busy replacing wooden floors, they said they will remeasure the second bedroom when installing the first
2. I asked for the quote on the second bedroom when they measured and I told them exactly what color and style. They sent me a quote a week later and assured me that it would take less than a week to install. They chased me for payment. I made payment immediately and after 2 weeks I started following up. All I got on every occasion is “we will call you tomorrow” but they never call back. After about 4 weeks they stopped taking my calls and stopped replying to messages, I called and asked to speak to a manager who checked and confirmed that it should have been ready 3 weeks before. Yet another 2 and a half weeks later they eventually came to install however the voile which was supposed to be ice white, was dark brown, same as the main curtains.
When checking with the sales person I was told that they decided to match the voile color with the curtains color. I was not satisfied but my messages got ignored from then on by the sales team. I called again asking for the manager who helped me before but he was “unavailable”, I left messages but as always I never got called back
Will not support them again

I highly recommend getting your wave curtains installed with Metro Lifestyle Centurion. I previously used them for all my dress tailoring fabrics when needing a wedding guest dress but I realised they also do curtains very well. The service was excellent and the person who made the process smooth for us was Shaun. Installation only took about two hours. Really appreciate the stellar work! ✅✅✅

Metro lifestyle went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with my online purchase. Wow....let me tell you about the guy who assisted me with these gorgeous blinds. His name is Brother Shadrack and he has been such an amazing person from the day I met him until installation.
The team came to take measurements, I paid in 2 days. He told me he ordered and they will be delivered in less thanb10days.
And guess what... They were delivered and installed.Thank you Brother Shadrack also the installation team. I'm am because of you 😘.

I am most impressed with the service I received from Bhavesh and his team. I bought a twin tub washing machine and even though there was a banking hiccup, the finance department handled it with professionalism. I went into Metro Lifestyle Centurion to buy a suit. I ended leaving the shop with a suit and a lounge set. Great products, great service and excellent customer experience. Many thanks to Shaun for his excellent service and ensuring that we were happy with what we purchased. Same day delivery over a weekend is something that is never possible, but Shaun made it possible. The family is now enjoying the lounge set. Greatly appreciated Shaun!
