Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Information

At Metro Lifestyle, we aim to deliver your purchases within 3–7 working days. However, during sales or special events, delivery times may extend to up to 10 working days. If additional delays are expected, we’ll notify you promptly.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
Deliveries are available only on business days to valid addresses within South Africa.

In-Store Collection

For your convenience, we offer an in-store collection service. You can pick up your order from any of the stores listed below within 3–5 days of placing it.

All deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy and Internet Express. Once your order is in transit, you can easily track its status by visiting our Order Tracking Page.
